PROJECT MANAGER

Description
The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to
Agreed upon milestones and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating
the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver
projects according to plan.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals
  • Collaboration with and presentation to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes and change requests.
  • Negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Conduct project post mortems and create lessons learned that identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Position Requirements

  • University degree or college diploma in the field of Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 10 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of analysis, monitoring, controlling, and execution. PMP Preferred
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
  • Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, partners, and other departments.
  • Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.

 

BUSINESS ANALYST

Description
The Business Analyst will provide support to teams who manage a wide range of business
applications. He or she will work on system enhancements, business process design,
The right candidate will be flexible, self motivated and able to work on multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and eliciting requirements analysis and enhancement requests.
  • Communicate with the user community and information technology to efficiently define enhancements necessary to fulfill business objectives.
  • Develop analysis specifications for detailed design and implementation.
  • Create ad hoc reports based on business stakeholders request around operational analysis.
  • Present analysis results to business stakeholders for integration into business process or corrective action planning.
  • Business Stakeholder management, reporting, and expectation setting.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years as a Business Analyst.
  • Understanding of order management, field service, and supply chain concepts
  • Understanding of operational analysis and metrics
  • Knowledge of transactional data and database models
  • Flexibility to work on various projects simultaneously
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills, Verbal and written communications, and Organization skills
  • Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint expertise
SYSTEMS ANALYST

Description
Systems Analyst with Order Management, Field Service, Customer Service, and/or supply chain expertise. Expertise desirable in Oracle and SAP business suite applications. Gathers business requirements, and analyzes and evaluates business needs, requirements, data, processes, and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Gathers business requirements, and analyzes and evaluates business needs, requirements, data, processes, and systems.
  • Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing systems.
  • Recommends project scope, facilitates and participates in application design sessions, and proposes and develops system solutions.
  • Writes detailed functional and technical specifications, and prepares other systems and functional documentation such as flow charts, use cases, and test scripts.
  • Represents Development in business meetings, facilitates the development process, and tracks project status.
  • Coordinates, communicates and verifies production implementations.
  • Studies existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develops new systems to improve production or workflow as required.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in an analytical field, computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of business administration and/or systems analysis experience with knowledge of systems, processes, products, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in business terms.
  • Demonstrated project and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of structured and agile development methodologies.
